For those of you who may have joined late -- Junebug (the dog) does not kill. Nor does she maim, torture or wish bodily harm on any living creature (except maybe Pluto the cat and the UPS guy).

Indeed, Junebug once found, chased and caught a feral-domestic-already-pregnant rabbit in the woods for me -- without harm or injury.

Even the possums she is required (under her job contract) to evict from the duck house some evenings become more of an evict/adopt ceremony.

As shown above, road kill squirrels receive the Nightingale treatment.
